Primacorp Ventures Vice President Najib Raie Appointed to Board of Ontario Retirement Communities Association

Primacorp Ventures is proud to share that Najib Raie, MBA, BCom, Vice President at Primacorp, has been appointed Director at Large and Board Director for the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA)—Canada’s leading advocate for excellence in senior living. 

This prestigious appointment reflects ORCA’s commitment to drawing on leadership with national perspectives, cross-provincial experience, and a deep understanding of culturally diverse senior populations. Raie brings extensive expertise across the fields of health care, education, and senior living, along with a proven track record of building inclusive, community-centred environments.

At Primacorp, Raie leads initiatives that intersect operations, care quality, and strategic growth—particularly through his work with Amenida Seniors Community and Sage Medical Clinics. His leadership has helped shape services that prioritize compassion, cultural sensitivity, and resident-centered care.
